Today we spent some time buddy reading with nonfiction books. In reponse to our partner's book we had to write 3 things we learned, 2 interesting facts, and 1 question we would like to ask. Buddy Reading is a popular activity in our room - it's fun to learn from our friends!

Friday UNICEF Update

Our grand total is $670 (well over our $500 goal)! Thank you for your hard work and support. Next week we will choose the items we wish to purchase from UNICEF for kids in need.

Thursday UNICEF Update

So far we have raised $609. Fantastic!

Wednesday UNICEF Update

Today's bake sale was super successful! Thanks to everyone who sent items and who purchased items. We raised $197 today, bringing our current total to $408. Way to go!

Because we have so many goodies remaining, we will be selling them again tomorrow at recess along with the hot chocolate.
